Susan adventured to the Island of Ithaca last September and found this jewel of yoga retreat centers for us. This stunning island retreat is built into the cliffs and reaches down to the ocean  where we may dip into azure blue morning waters and meditate on the beach! Warm, calm water, yipee! And we will dine enjoying the sumptuous splendour of the island’s Mediterranean Cusine. You will want to stop off in the ancient city of Athens ruled by the goddess. Athena!
